By using Feedgest, you agree to these terms. If you use Feedgest for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for your account, login methods, connected apps, API tokens, delivery destinations, and activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Feedgest lets you connect sources, generate digests, use AI-assisted workflows, configure delivery channels, and manage content. Some features may depend on feature flags, plan limits, provider availability, source APIs, or administrator assignment.

You are responsible for the sources, prompts, webhook endpoints, delivery channels, files, comments, and other content you submit or configure. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use those sources and destinations with Feedgest.

AI-generated summaries, categories, chat responses, and digests may be wrong, incomplete, stale, or misleading. Feedgest is not a replacement for professional, legal, financial, medical, or operational review.

Paid plans, usage limits, quotas, invoices, crypto payments, cancellations, reactivations, gifts, and payment history are handled through the billing flows available in the product. Prices, limits, features, and plan availability may change over time.

Do not use Feedgest to break the law, violate third-party rights, overload infrastructure, bypass access controls, distribute spam or malware, scrape sources you are not allowed to access, or abuse integrations and delivery channels.

Feedgest relies on external APIs, AI providers, email systems, payment processors, source platforms, and delivery integrations. Those services can fail, rate-limit requests, change terms, or return incorrect data. We may change, pause, or remove features when needed to keep the service stable.

We may suspend or terminate access when needed to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with legal requirements, or address security risk. We may update these terms as the product changes, and continued use of Feedgest means you accept the updated terms.
